G:Good Morning Ayu, I am Oliver. i am going to book a room, do you still have room available?
R: May i know the estimate lenght of your stay first please Mr. Oliver ?
G: Sure, i will stay in 3 days here with my beloved wifey.
R: Allright Mr. Oliver, hold on please, let me check the room availability.

R: Thank you for your waiting, i am happy to inform you that we have 2 kinds of room available. there are:
the first one is Deluxe pool side room, the rate is IDR. 1.500.000/room/night.
and the second is Junior Suite room, the rate is IDR. 2.900.000/room/night.
all of the room are including breakfast for 2 people. which one of the room would you like to book?
G: May i know the diffence between Deluxe Pool side and Junior suite room.?
R:  If you book a deluxe pool side room, the room is located on the ground floor and has access to the pool. and for the junior suite room. the room is wider than deluxe pool side room,and contains 2 bed rooms , kitchen , and living room..
G: ohhh i see.. can you explain the facilities in deluxe pool side room please..
R: Sure, in our deluxe pool side room, we provide Television with international channel, air condition with self control, telephone with IDD caller, Mini Bar, safety box bathroom with hot and cool water, free 2 bottles of mineral water everyday. thats all Mr. Oliver.
G: awesome, i will book the deluxe pool side room please.
R: Sure Mr. Oliver, could you please fill the regitration card?Please put your name, your home address, your e-mail, phone number and your signature.
G: Sure, thanks.
(during the guest filling the regitration card, receptionist prepare the room key, breakfast coupon, guest card and pool card)
R: Are you finish Mr. Oliver?
G: Yes please.
R: Let me re-confirm your booking, your booking under name Mr, Oliver Thomas, you reserve 1 deluxe pool side room with rate IDR. 1.500.000/room/night start today untill 9th of aprill 2020, is that correct?
G: yes thats correct ayu.
R: Thank you Mr. Oliver, May i know the room payment please Mr. Oliver, could you pay by cash or credit card?
G: Sure by my cash please, how much the totaly?
R: The totaly is IDR. 4.500.000(four million five hundred thousand rupiah) please.
G: Sure here you are..
R: thank you, let me re-count the money Mr. Oliver.
G: sure

R: the money is enough Mr. Oliver
G: yes Thank you
R: Wait a moment please i will prepare the cash receipt for  you.
G: yes please.

R: Thank you for your waiting, here is your cash receipt, and here is you key jacket includ of room key, your room number is 1205, breakfast cupon, the breakfast cupon you may use in our restaurant in front of the pool, breakfast time start 6.30 to 10.30 in the morning, please show the coupon when you are going to have breakfast, here is your guest card, this card show your identity during stay with us and you may use this guest card when you use our facilities, and the last one here is your pool card, please show this card in our pool counter to get towel for swimming. here you are..
G: Perfect, thank you very much ayu... 
R: Is there anything else that i can help you?
G: No, thanks ayu.

Perbedaan Finish dengan done

Hi teman-teman, apa kabar??? Dikesempatan kali ini saya mau sharing nih apasih perbedaan finish dengan done. Langsung saja ya^^ Perbedaan yang pertama: Finish= verb 1 Done = verb 3 Namun arti dari kedua kata tersebut sama yaitu selesai. Jika ditelaah dengan baik konteksnya, sebenarnya  berbeda 180 derajat. Dan kalian bisa-bisa salah dalam mengartikannya.Contoh: Kalau dalam kasus pertama, seperti pada pertanyaan Have you finished your homework? Maka anda bisa menjawabnya dengan 2 (dua) cara, yaitu dengan jawaban yang lebih formal, seperti yes, I have finished my homework atau dengan jawaban santai dan casual, seperti yes, I'm done ! Perlu di ingat juga, bahwa kata finished memiliki makna yang lebih positif dan lebih baik untuk pertanyaan tugas seperti itu. Sedangkan done memiliki makna lebih negatif dan kurang baik ketika diterapkan dalam pertanyaan tugas seperti di atas.  Contoh kasus kedua, I'm done with you!! Bagaimana?
