“English Conversation between Guest and Waitress in  Restaurant”

  

·      English Conversation

Nonik as a waitress and Eka as a guest. We have a conversation at 7 pm when Eka is going to have dinner, and have booked a table beforehand.

Waitress:	“Good evening  sir, welcome to our (put the name of the restaurant) Restaurant, my name is Nonik,  How may I assist you?”
Guest:	“ Good evening, I am Eka, I am going to have dinner please.”
Waitress:	“ Allright Mr. Eka, have you made reservation before?
Guest:	“ Yes, I have reservation undername Ekayana   for 1 person.”
Waitress:	“ Sure, wait a moment please Mr. Eka, I will check your table first”.
Guest:	“ Yes, please Ms. Nonik.”
Waitress:	“ Thank you for waiting Mr. Eka, I am happy to inform you that your table is ready. Could you follow me to your table please?.”
Guest:	“ sure”
When the waitress and the guest  arrive at the guest’s table and the waitress sitting the guest.
Waitress:	“ Excusme Mr. Eka, we arrive already. Here is your table. The number of your table is 7. Have sit please Mr. Eka”
Guest:	“ Thank you Ms. Nonik.”
Waitress:	“ Excusme may I unfolded your napkin please?”
Guest:	“ Sure, thank you Ms. Nonik”
Waitress;	“ Wait a moment please Mr. Eka, I am going to take your ice water and the menu.”
Guest:	“ Yes, Please Ms. Nonik”
The waitress take the ice water, bread and butter, aperitif drink, and the menu for the guest, after that, the waitress serving the drinks, bread and presenting the menu.
Waitress:	“Excusme Mr. Eka enjoy your drinks and your bread please, and here is for the menu.”
Guest:	“ Sure, can you explain the special menu for tonight Ms. Nonik?”
Waitress:	“ Yes, of course I can Mr. Eka, for tonight we have special 1 set menu, for the appetizer we have chicken salad hawaian. It is a boiled dice of chicken meat, pineapple, celery, mixed with mayonnaise sauce and served on the base of lettuce and garnished with sliced tomato, for the soup is minestrone soup. It is a thick soup made from chicken stock, cabbage, carrot, tomato pasta, and spaghetti, served with parmesan cheese on top, for the main course is chicken Gordon bleu. It is a deep fried breaded of chicken meat, filling with ham and cheese inside, served with tomato sauce and complete with boiled potato and vegetables. For the dessert we have pancake with orange sauce. It is a dessert filling pastry cream served with orange sauce. And for the price is IDR. 330.000 including 21% tax and service.
Guest:	“awesome, you explain the menu very well Ms. Nonik, alright than, I will take 1 set menu that special tonight. Thank you Ms. Nonik”
Waitress:	“ Sure Mr. Eka, your order is noted, wait a moment please Mr. Eka, I will prepare your order Mr. Eka,while waiting the appetizer please enjoy your drinks and the music.”
Guest:	“ Thank you Ms. Nonik, I like the music and the drinks very much.”
The waitress serving the appetizer to the guest
Waitress:	“ thank you for waiting Mr. Eka, here is your appetizer “ chicken salad hawaian”. Enjoy the appetizer Mr. Eka.”
Guest:	“Thank you Ms. Nonik”
*the waitress clear up the dishes of the appetizer.
Waitress:	“ excusme, are you finish Mr. Eka?”
Guest:	“ Yes I am finish”
Waitress:	“ Sure Mr. Eka, I will clear up the dished Mr. Eka”
The waitress serving the soup
Waitress:	“Excusme Mr. Eka, here is the  minestrone soup, and enjoy the soup”
Guest:	“ mmm. The smell is delicious. Thank you Ms. Nonik.”
Waitress:	“ You're welcome Mr. Eka.”
*When the waitress clear up the dishes of soup
Waitress:	“excusme Mr. Eka, are you finish? may I clear up please?
Guest:	“ Yes I am finish Ms. Nonik”
The waitress serving the main course
Waitress:	“ excusme Mr. Eka, the main course is ready, here is the chicken Gordon bleu, enjoy your main course.”
Guest:	“ wow supper, thank you Ms. Nonik”
Waitress:	“ You’re welcome Mr. Eka.”
*the guest finish to eat the main course and the waitress will clear up the dishes.
Waitress:	“ Excusme Mr. Eka, are you finish?.”
Guest:	“ Yes I am finish Ms. Nonik”
Waitress:	“ How was the main course Mr. Eka?”
Guest:	“ The taste of main course is really delicious, I like it very much”
Waitress:	“ I am happy to hear that Mr. Eka, I will clear up the dishes Mr. Eka.”
Guest:	“ Yes Please Ms. Nonik”
Waitress serving the dessert to the guest
Waitress:	“ excusme Mr. Eka, here is your dessert “ Pancake with orange sauce on top”, enjoy your dessert.”
Guest:	“ Thank you Ms. Nonik”
Waitress:	“ You’re welcome Mr. Eka.”
*the guest finish to eat the dessert and the waitress will clear up the dishes”
Waitress:	“ excusme mr. Eka, may I clear up the dishes please.”
Guest:	“yes of course Ms. Nonik.”
Waitress:	“ wait a moment please Mr. Eka, I will prepare your bill”
Guest:	“ Sure, Thank you Ms. Nonik.”
The waitress presenting the guest’s bill
Waitress:	“ Excusme Mr. Eka, here is the bill, the totally is IDR. 330.000 already including 21% tax and service, could you pay by cash or credit card please?”
Guest:	“ I will pay by my cash please. Here you are.”
Waitress:	“ Thank you Mr. Eka, your money is enough.”
Guest:	“ you’re welcome Ms. Nonik, You’re so kind”
Waitress:	“ Thank you Mr. Eka, Thank you for coming to our (put the name of the restaurant) Restaurant, have a good evening Mr. Eka.”
Guest:	“ you’re welcome Ms. Nonik. Alright Ms. Nonik, see you, bye”
