Contoh percakapan penanganan reservasi dalam bahasa Inggris^^
The things that we must be know are:
1st, pick up the phone before 3 times ringing
2nd, we must be polite and smile when answering the phone call.
3rd, we always following the standard of procedure of work place or company or training place(when we as a trainee).
The example conversation when handling the guest reservation are:
-(When the phone ringing and you pick up the telephone)
Reservationist: Good Morning, Reservation Section, Ayu speaking, how may i assist you?
Guest: Good morning, i'd like to reserve a room please..
Reservationist: Certainly ma'am, may i know for when please?.
Guest: for 14th february 2020 please until 16th of february 2020 please..
Reservationist: certainly ma'am, wait a moment please, i'll check in the system first for the availability.
Guest: yes please.
(After checking the availability)
R: thank you for waiting ma'am, i'm happy to inform you that we have room available for 14th until 16th february 2020, there are : deluxe room, the rate is IDR. 1.500.000/room/night, and suite room, the rate is IDR. 2000.000/room/night. All of the rates are including breakfast for 2 pax, which one of room that you want to choose ma'am?:)
Guest: funtastic, i'll choose the suite room please..
R: allright ma'am, for how many person that will be staying in our hotel please?
G: i'll stay with My Beloved Husband♥️ we're honeymoonerđź’‘
R: certainly ma'am. May i have your name please?
G: yes of course, i am Nonik Ekayani.
R: certainly Mrs. Ekayani, you have beautifull name,and may i have your phone number, and your email address also mrs. Ekayani?
G: absolutly you can, my phone number is +6125340 and my email is nonikekayani@gmail.com.
R: thank you. May i know the estimate time of your arrival please
G: i think we will arrive in your hotel around 14.30.
R: thank you for your information, do you have any special request mrs. Ekayani?
G: yes i have, could you set up flower arranggement in our room please..
R: yes of course we can. Is there anything else,?
G: no thanks thats enough..
R: mrs. Ekayani, how about the room payment, could you pay by cash or credit card please?
G: i will pay by cash is it possible?
R: yes it is, but for guarantee your reservation could you send us 1 night deposit please, our rekening number is 1234 0987 7865 5436 under name the glamour hotel.
G: sure..
R: excusme mrs. Ekayani, i'll repeat your booking that you reserved 1 suite room with rate IDR. 2000.000/room/night, you will stay with us start 14th until 16th february 2020, and you will pay the payment by cash, and the last for you request is you need us to set up the flower arrangement in your room, is that correct?
G: yes that correct...
R: for your information mrs. Ekayani, for cancelation policy, there is no cancelation fee if you mention before 7 days of your arrival date, but latter that 7days ,your deposit is applied. For no show, we will charged you amount the prize of your whole stay, unless otherwise is negotiated, the last one, for check in time is 14.00 and the check out time is 12.00.
G: thank you for your information.
R: is there anything else that i can help you?
G: no thanks thats very clear..
R: allright mrs. Ekayani, thank you for calling, we are looking forward to see you on 14th february 2020, have nice day.
G: you too, thank you bye..
